About Postnatal Yoga

Postnatal Yoga for mum and baby focuses on healing from the inside out. Suitable from birth to crawling. Nurturing and supporting Mums to re-charge, re-adjust, & positively embrace this new stage of life with a baby. We will ease out common aches and pains with a safe and gentle practice using movement, breath and sound to soothe baby and relax mum.

Mums can get together & share the wide range of therapeutic benefits of yoga. Breathing exercises for pelvic floor rehabilitation, sound and breath work to boost energy and deep relaxation facilitates real rest when tiredness can be overwhelming. Sharing the space and experiences with other Mums and their babies joins us and makes us stronger.

All joined together with songs, sounds and movements to keep the little ones calm and entertained. Postnatal yoga can also help babies suffering from reflux, colic and other digestive issues.
